The Emmons Rainbow Inn got it's name, you guessed it, by the abundance of rainbows visible from the property.

Maria & Ed Pereira welcome you to their motel that they opened in 1983. Both originally from Portugal, Maria and Ed take pride in operating a clean, beautiful place to stay in the European tradition. Whether you are here for a week, or weekend you will receive a warm welcome.
Ideal Location
Emmons is on the eastern edge of Oneonta, NY. We are conveniently located off Interstate 88, exit 16, and a short 30 minute drive from Cooperstown, NY. Our motel is uniquely situated with a country view, with restaurants & grocery nearby. SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick College are within a 10 minute drive.
